Lesson 1 : Japanese Food (Everyday Meals)
- Talk about foods you like and want to eat.
- Ask and answer questions about where to eat.
Lesson 2 : Washoku (Traditional Japanese Cuisine)
- Talk about ingredients in Japanese seasonings and dishes.
- Explain how to use the seasonings.
Lesson 3 : Japanese Events ① (Seasonal Traditions)
- Explain what a seasonal event is and when it happens.
- Say what people do at the event.
Lesson 4 : Japanese Events ② (Local Festivals)
- Say where a seasonal festival takes place.
- Describe the atmosphere of the festival and share your impression.
Lesson 5 : Traditional Experiences (Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy, etc.)
- Talk about what cultural activity you experienced and who you did it with.
- Share what you want to try next and explain what can be done in the activity.
Lesson 6 : Traditional Crafts
- Explain how traditional crafts are made and how they are used.
- Describe the unique characteristics of these crafts.
Lesson 7 : Famous Places in Japan
- Talk about when and by whom famous buildings were built.
- Practice asking for permission and responding politely.
Lesson 8 : Life in the Meiji and Taisho Eras
